Object details: Unfullfilled document requirements shown as blank rows
In the Omega 365 application, there used to be an issue where document requirements in the 'Document' tab on 'Object Details' showed up as blank rows if no document connection was established. This might have caused some confusion. However, this has been fixed. Now, the 'Documents' tab in 'Object Details' only lists documents with a document number or name. This way, we maintain a cleaner and less confusing display.

Object Property - Not possible to remove/delete properties from individual objects

Object search

Data pipelines against Object Register fail to match existing data when target OrgUnit was set up without Domain.
In the latest update, we've addressed an error related to the data pipelines functioning with Object Register. Previously, data pipelines failed to match existing data if the targeted Organisation Unit was configured without a Domain. This was due to the combined key using Organisation Unit Name in place of Domain ID. We've implemented a fix to ensure the BIM Data pipelines can correctly function when merging with an Organisation Uni, even if it doesn't have a domain. This bug fix will benefit several clients including large scale organizations in construction, architecture, energy, and local government sectors among others like Statsbygg, Bane Nor, Veidekke, Statnett, Omega, and Avinor. Clipping along line
A new feature has been added for improving the clipping along a line during measurements. This enhancement offers stepping along the line in certain distances while keeping the camera view locked. It also allows clipping in the opposite direction after a certain distance down the line, displaying only a specific section. Measurement: Laser measure tool
We have introduced a new feature "Measurement: Laser measure tool". This is an updated measure tool, based on user feedback, that provides advanced measurement functionality. Users can select the 'Laser Measure Tool' and click on a surface; this creates a 'clipping plane' and allows measurements from the clicked point to the edges of the plane. This tool provides total vertical and horizontal distances and the option to jump over an edge to the next one. The Laser Measure tool can also be moved around the plane for additional flexibility. This feature has been requested by multiple users and is now implemented and ready for use.

Export columns dont affect the export file

Gets NaN when writing minus sign before writing number in grid
The issue where users received 'NaN' when attempting to input a negative number in the 'Rate' field of a certain workflow grid in the Workflow-New app has been addressed. Previously when a user would try to type a negative number, the '-' would be replaced by 'NaN'. This could be avoided by inputting the number first and adding the negative sign afterwards. Now, typing a '-' sign will not result in 'NaN' values, making it a smoother experience for those working with Cost-related processes. Any invalid values will now be cleared upon moving away from the input. This fix is beneficial to end-users from various organizations, including (but not limited to) Omega, Norsk Hydro, and Statsbygg.

Placing of columns in column chooser

Add option to sort by custom order in checklist
For the users of our application, we've made a useful enhancement based on the feedback we received. You had requested for the ability to sort by custom orders in your checklist which was not previously possible after sorting items in Ascending or Descending order. Happy to inform that we have now added this feature. You can now reset the sort order and get back to your custom arrangement. For your convenience, this option has been added in the header dropdown menu. Also, to avoid confusion, the row drag function will be disabled when the current sort order does not match your configured sort field. : Actual start date for approved change requests is not set according to what is written in the change request.
We've fixed a bug that was affecting the date tracking for approved change requests in workflows. The actual start date was not aligning with the date mentioned in the change request, causing some inconsistencies in budget adjustments. From now on, when you use the 'Use changes approved date for baseline adjustments' option in the project setup (only in the New Tech app), the adjusted baseline estimate will be based on the approved date of the change. You can also manually change the 'Approved Date' in the Workflow Register. If you don't set an approved date, the system will use the current cutoff. If you don't select the option, the system will use the active baseline date, and if not set, will default to the current cutoff. This should help streamline the tracking of budget changes based on workflow changes and ensure the accuracy of start dates.

Improved resources assignments calculations for estimates and timephasing
We have made improvements to how resources are assigned for estimates and time-phasing. Now, when updating these parameters based on a Resources Plan from Assignments, the system will check if there are any reported actual costs related to the workflow breakdown structure. If there's no reported cost, the full Forecast estimate will be copied. Conversely, if there is actual cost or hours reported, the remaining quantity will be copied over and time-phased accordingly. Note that resource-related costs will only be copied if the specified currency exchange rate is configured within the related cost project.

Contract Forecast updates in WBS Cost and Progress
Title: Enhancements to Contract Forecast in WBS Cost and Progress In the WBS Cost and Progress workflow, improvements have been requested for better viewing of both "Live Contract Forecast" and "Contract Forecast". Users found the added "Contract Forecast" column valuable but needed the option to view historical development as well. As a solution, we have updated the button text from "Update Values > From Contracts (Commitment)" to "From Contract Elements". This will refresh the Contract Forecast and Committed value based on the date of Issued Contract elements for the current cut-off. Users can now view "Contract Forecast Live" data before updating values for the current cut-off. Please note, "Contract Forecast Live" will only include forecasts from issued Contract elements, while "Contract Forecast Live All" will include all forecasts, whether issued or not. A feature update in our Workflow Register has been introduced, allowing a warning icon to be displayed when the invoiced or booked amount exceeds the committed and forecasted amount per contract element. This feature aims to provide our users with a better understanding of their expenditures in relation to their financial commitments and forecasts. This alert can be viewed in either the "WBS Cost and Progress" section per work package or in the "Change Management Module" under contract elements. When copying estimate from Assignments name of the person should be copied to the estimate register as well

Clearly indicate that the access given to 3rd Party Reviewer in the Distribution
In this recent update, based on the request placed by users, an additional information has been incorporated into the Distribution Source for Third Party Reviewers. The aim behind this enhancement was to direct attention as to why they are appearing in the Distribution, even if they are not included in the distribution setup. This will be shown in the sql view/html frontend indicating that these reviewers have gained access as Third Party Reviewers. This addition was brought into effect because users had concerns when they saw a long list of reviewers. They were unsure if they had made a mistake in the distribution setup or if the system had an error. With the new feature, when you initiate a Third Party Review, those added people will now have their purpose (a default hidden column in distribution persons grid) set as a "Third Party Reviewer". This change is expected to alleviate concerns and contribute to a more streamline and efficient workflow. This feature has been made valid for both Current Tech (CT) and New Tech (NT).

DataProtection - Allow different user assigned identities
We've made a significant improvement to our data protection setup, giving you more flexibility. Previously, only one identity could be assigned to your necessary resources. Now, you have the option to assign different identities to your KeyVault and keys.xml blob. This change means the naming for BlobSasUri may have been altered. However, if a client ID isn't added, it will default to the system-assigned identity, ensuring compatibility with previous configurations. This feature request has been implemented and will benefit all our users, including those in the civil construction, architecture, energy, and municipal sectors. Bear in mind that URLs must be provided without the sas token for clients who use a client ID to access the blob. Wrong status of push notification

Native document viewer issues
In this recent update, we have resolved the issues you encountered while using our native document viewer. Initially, document pagination was not visible until users tried to scroll to the next page, creating a perception that all documents were only one page. We have improved the viewer's functionality so that pagination is visible right from the start if the document has more than one page. Also, we've removed the download button from the native document viewer. This was to emphasize that our viewer is designed to avoid downloads by only caching the results. Hence, the option to download a document will be provided by the web application. This issue was classified as a bug and has been fixed in Release 1.4.31. For the time being, it was advised not to use NT until a solution was provided for the error. Feature Update: "Shared Folders Access Control in Omega 365" Previously, some users without the required permissions were able to create top-level folders in the Shared Folder area of Omega 365. This inconsistency contradicted the project participation norms in Omega 365. This issue has now been addressed with a new feature enhancement. The "Can Create Top Folder" capability is now necessary to create top folders in Shared Folders. This feature is in addition to the original module access and edit permissions checks. By default, all existing roles with access to Shared Folders will receive this capability. This update is available to all users across different organizations.

In the latest update, we have added a feature to improve Status Reporting process. If you try to send a finalized report which doesn't include the latest comments considering you may mistakenly forget to merge them, the system will prompt and ask if you want to merge those updates with your template setup first. This safeguards to ensure that your report is always up to date before you send it to recipients. Additionally, it gives an option to either merge the latest updates into your template or continue sending the currently updated version. This update should make it much easier for you to do your job correct the first time.

"Complications" for Update/Import Templates when using Boolean Columns
The issue encountered with the Import/Update Template function has been resolved. Previously, when data with Boolean (true/false) columns from SQL was imported, there was confusion because the system didn't clearly indicate what format the Boolean variables should be in. The system had difficulty processing numeric interpretations of Booleans (1 for true, 0 for false), with users needing to key in the terms "TRUE" or "FALSE" to prevent errors. To address this, a software update for NT has been implemented. It now allows for the import of Boolean variables as either "TRUE" or "FALSE", or as the numeric format (1 for true, 0 for false), thereby simplifying the import process and reducing the likelihood of errors.

Only some names resulted in id being added to the filter list, causing an unpredictable and unreliable outcome. This issue is currently being held until further resolution. Omega 365 Home Various Workflows list resets list number

Scope Item from BIM | Add snapshot does not work from scope item draft.
The issue of not being able to add snapshots to unsubmitted workflows and scope items originating from BIM has been fixed. Now, the "Add Snapshot" button will be available even when the workflow has not been sent to the first step. This applies to all unsubmitted workflows and scope items. The fix improves ease of use and efficiency by allowing the addition of snapshots at earlier stages.

Changing 'Org Unit' makes edit view close
In the previous version, there was an issue for users having to adjust 'Organizational Unit' and 'Process' one at a time during Workflow handling. This was due to the editing view closing each time the 'Organizational Unit' was edited. This issue also extended to the 'Organizational Unit' lookup where the 'Restrict to Context' checkbox hid essential units. We're glad to inform you that we've refined the edit mode so it now checks key fields and only reloads the application when necessary. This solution aids in minimizing disruptions and frustrations from repeated process interruptions. This update has been implemented across all client applications.

Title: Issues With Email Notifications in Workflows Description: Some users reached out about an issue where immediate email notifications weren't being sent in Workflows, even when the setting "Send email immediately" was enabled. This problem particularly affected those added to workflows without getting an immediate email notification and those who were supposed to receive an email notification upon the completion of a workflow step. Solution: We have addressed these issues by fixing the email notification system in Workflows. Now, as per the configurations users have made in their notification setup, they will receive immediate emails upon the completion of a workflow step. This update applies to all users, including those from Statsbygg, Bane Nor, Sykehusbygg, Veidekke, and others.

Deleting actions from another user
We've made some improvements to enhance your user experience. Previously, you might have noticed that you could delete an action created by another user, which was a bit counter-intuitive. To solve this issue, we've updated our system so now the action cancel button will only appear if there were changes, and importantly, it will no longer delete the action. This bug was found across several applications. We've taken action and ensured that this solution has been implemented across all relevant applications. Your workflow and coordination with others should now be smoother and more efficient. Please note that this was a bug and is not a feature request.

In the recent update to the Omega 365 Desktop application, an issue was addressed concerning deleted documents from organizations within a user's access displaying in the "Related documents" dropdown in the Workflow app. Originally, these deleted documents would appear in the list, but as per user feedback, this will no longer be the default behavior. Developers have introduced a new feature that allows document lookups in both 'workflow-new' and 'workflow' to filter out deleted or obsolete documents. Now, users will have a cleaner, uncluttered dropdown list to choose from for their related documents within the Workflow app. This improved feature benefits all our users and has been implemented across various clients.

Setting a bool property to required, and checking it dosen't register as a value
