All commercial processes in the D&W Alliances, including:
- Estimating/MLC and benchmarking
- Scope Agreements/MLC Agreements
- Commercial risks, change management and change board
- Project Control: Cost control, planning (including MPP) and invoicing
- Drive continuous improvement learning cycle for commercial processes in D&W
Coordinate Commercial resources
Develop and implement new Commercial strategies, processes and tools

- Identifying commercial resource requirements and liaising with Alliance Project Manager and/or resource owners
- Establish the MLC Agreement for approval
- Coordinate internal MLC approvals
- Establish its respective Party’s MLC input, including risk and contingency (RC)
- Alliance performance – benchmarking and communication packages
- Alliance reporting: Weekly reporting, MLC reporting, portfolio reporting
- Alliance commercial input to client documentation
- Commercial stakeholder management
- Interface with commercial organizations, including D&W Improvement, Finance and SCM
- Establish and coordinate internal interfaces: Cost/Estimating, Risk analysis, Legal, Allowance and contingency
- Prepare communication packages for Steering Committee, Aker BP and stakeholders
