Omega aims to improve project performance, particularly in complex environments where multi-discipline teams work together at various locations and project phases. Our means are project personnel resources and project management systems.

The total number of project consultants on assignments, system engineers and service staff employed by Omega, is currently 664. The number of project system users count several thousands.

Omega serves clients globally and projects environments locally, from Omega field offices and regional subsidiaries. The corporate main office is located in Ølensvåg, Norway.

Growth

Omega has enjoyed steady organic growth for nearly two decades, with annual capitalized growth rate exceeding 40 per cent during the period from 2004 to 2008. The growth has attracted attention in Norway and internationally. Deloitte Technology Fast 500 has recognized Omega as one of the most rapidly growing companies in Norway and Europe over two periods of five years. Omega’s contribution to the communities of both Klaipeda, Lithuania and Vindafjord, Norway, has also resulted in nominations and awards.

Omega’s main office is located in Norway, Ølensvåg. Through subsidiary companies in Norway, Denmark, USA, Canada, Lithuania, Singapore and Australia, Omega currently extends its services to the UK, Germany, France, Brazil, Middle East, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Russia. Omega seeks to cover all corners of the globe in response to client requirements.

Whatever the location, we aim to offer opportunities to local communities. By hiring and training local staff, we expand our own horizons as well as well as the society around us. A perfect example of the close integration between Omega and its surroundings, is our subsidiary company Omega Technology in Klaipeda, Lithuania, which consists largely of graduates and students from Klaipeda University. The employees frequently visit Norway to participate in additional Omega training and project-based work. In this way, we can contribute to the mutual growth of Omega and local community of Klaipeda.
