Description
- Handle all relevant engineering matters related to the electrical discipline
- Ensure alignment within the electrical discipline
- Ensure experience transfer to and from the project
- Ensure alignment with Equinor’s discipline line organisation
- Ensure integration and coordination with other project disciplines
- Co-ordinate discipline tasks across contract boarders
- Participate in discipline and multidiscipline reviews
- Identify and contribute to closing of technical uncertainties
- Contribute to implement necessary degree of digitalization, remote control and robustness of electrical power equipment (distribution boards, transformers, HV / LV inverters, DEH equipment, ETH equipment, VSD, UPS etc)

Qualifications
- Master of Science or Bachelor of Science within electrical power engineering (elkraft, høyspent)
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience from offshore oil & gas project execution
- Experience from engineering and design of electrical power systems is a prerequisite.
- For the Unmanned Process Platform concepts, VSD competence is an advantage

- HSE training in accordance with Equinor recommendations
- Multi-discipline understanding
- Good knowledge of rules/regulations, standards and preferably Equinor’s technical requirements
- Ability to work in a team
- High ethical standards and adherence to Equinor's ethical requirements
- Ability to handle high work loads

Options 2 x 6 months
Location Work location will be Bergen in the beginning of the assignment. (Need to be flexible with regards to locations and travelling depending on where contractor is located, and to be present at supplier locations when needed)
