The candidate will co-operate with the projects in order to optimise the utilisation of company's own equipment and freight requirements. The candidate will further be responsible for the co-ordination and control of equipment and logistics for all project materials within her/his project. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

- Co-operate with other project members in order to identify all necessary equipment, own equipment and equipment to be hired
- Communicate with Equipment Group for booking of equipment
- Control the equipment from order and through equipment mobilisation and demobilisation
- Ensure that all necessary certificates and documents are in place and establish a certificate/documentation package
- Ensure that all equipment is properly marked and that Goods Receipt is done (at any location) for all equipment related to vessel mobilisation/demobilisation.
- Create Over, Short and Damage reports when necessary
- Create Delivery Notes, Manifests and proper Customs Clearance to ensure full control over all project materials
- Co-operate with in-house warehouse and other locations/sites where project materials will be stored, including proper packing, preservation and marking of project materials
- Co-operate with project members and suppliers in order to perform reconciliation and close-out of project
- Be responsible for receiving, control and return of all Client Provided Items (CPI)
- During vessel mobilisations/memobilisations secure all needs that comes from the project, either via the Project Buyer or the local Agent (for smaller purchases)

- Bachelor or similar within Logistics
- Logistics experience can compensate for education
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- High degree of computer literacy
- Fork lift license (min 5T+) is an advantage
- Knowledge of DnV / Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority rules for lifting, lifting components and certificates

- Clear and effective oral and written communications skills in both Norwegian and English
- Understanding of clients’ needs and ability to suggest and apply “fit for purpose” solutions
