Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that Procurement is done in accordance with Company rules and regulations as well as public law
- Preparation and maintenance of procurement plans
- Preparation of Inquiries, clarifications, evaluations and placing of orders
- Order Follow up
- Keep the project personnel aware of the procurement status
- The position is given accountability according to the company Authorisation Matrix
- Job holder will report to Project Manager and to Procurement and Logistics Manager

- Relevant previous experience in an offshore procurement and/or logistic environment
- Educated to a degree level in commercial / logistic is preferred, although attainment of other recognised qualifications would be acceptable if combined with suitable experience
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to cooperate across disciplines and departments
- Oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- General computer skills (Word/XL) SAP ERP System
- Pro-Active, good Co-ordination, organisation and liaison skills
- Ability to seek and gain consensus solutions to work issues
- Good personal skills and ability to adapt to changes and contribute to continuous improvements
