Contract Support Analyst (CSA)

The Contract Support Analyst (CSA) role exists on the Procurement Onshore Operations and Maintenance team. The role works closely with Strategic SCM Analysts (SSAs), Operational SCM Analysts (OSAs), the Business (Engineers/Field/etc.), Safety and Sustainability (SSU) teams and Client Legal to enable the purchase of goods and services by ensuring Supplier qualifications are complete and suppliers are prepared to submit invoices to Client. In addition, this role creates and maintains Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Work Order Agreements (WOAs) to ensure contract compliance, confirm completion of Client's safety qualification process, and complete Financial and Vendor Risk checks.

Contract Management
- Own the creation and ongoing management of Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Work Order Agreements (WOAs)
- Serve as facilitator between Client Legal and Supplier in ‘red-lining’ and MSA terms negotiation
- Service as facilitator between the Business line and Procurement in creation of WOAs
- Own the upload of completed MSAs and WOAs as well as maintain all agreements in current and good standing

Supplier Qualification
- Coordinate with SSU team to ensure suppliers are safety qualified – supports use of ISNetworld by suppliers and SSU team to track qualifications
- Receive and validates W-9 and certificate of insurance
- Update vendor database with appropriate qualification information

- Minimum 5 years experience
- High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree preferred

3 month assignment with an option to extend

Austin, TX (no per diem or relocation provided)
