Description
- Onsite support at Bergen office, and at Stavanger office as agreed with IT Support Team Lead
- Assist and advise Manila 1st line IT support (Helpdesk)
- Support rig specific systems
- Administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment
- Logs and tracks incident/service requests from identification through resolution.
- Documents resolutions and update knowledge database
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues in company IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge or competence
- Actively seek knowledge of IT Security threats
- Comply to Odfjell Drilling procedures within security and IT security, including internal IT guidelines
- Participate and coordinate implementation of new IT infrastructure
- Perform other relevant tasks

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or similar
- Minimum of three (3) years experience within IT
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Structured, accurate, systematic and committed to deliver within deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions
- Result oriented mindset
- Fluent in English language, both oral and written
- With experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on Windows workstations and laptops
- Good knowledge on Engineering Software
