The Eureka Program, which was set up in the fall of 2018, is a cornerstone in the effort to deliver on company’s digitalization ambitions. Duties and responsibilities
The consultant will be a part of the small and dedicated central team responsible for the Eureka digitalization program, and will report to VP Digitalisation. The companys digital program organization consists of 5-10 “crews”, each with clear outcomes and a fully dedicated cross-functional team of companys employees and partners.The consultant’s primary responsibility will be twofold: (i) support the overall program in execution and planning (ii) support the crews day-to-day in achieving their deliverables and adhering to the agile way of working.

In addition, the consultant is also expected to support on the following tasks:
- Be a link between the crews and the central team
- Change management
- Administration of the program, including planning and facilitation of program specific events

Working location
The primary location for the assignment will be the companys offices in Stavanger, but some work from the Companys office at Fornebu is also to be expected. In a typical week, the consultant is expected to be based at companys Fornebu office on Monday, Companys Stavanger office Tuesday to Thursday and either the Fornebu or the Stavanger Office on Friday.

- The candidate will typically have 2-5 years of working experience
- Experience from driving a change program in an organization (Program Management Office, improvement program, implementation, cultural change, project management etc.)
- Strong interest in the use of digital technology and demonstrated ability to learn the use of new technology
- Some relevant experience from the oil and gas industry, or other asset heavy industries
- Masters degree or equivalent, preferably within engineering
- Experience with IT and data analysis is a plus
- Experience with the use of agile working methods is an advantage

To succeed in this position, you therefore need a positive, “can-do” and flexible attitude, persistently keep up the morale when we meet challenges, and be highly solution oriented and not afraid to get “your hands dirty”. Furthermore, a genuine interest for applying digital technologies in an industrial setting, and have a curious mind is a big plus.
