Omega’s Project Services team is on hand to offer our job candidates and over 350 consultants personalised service and support, leading up to and during employment with Omega. The team utilises their extensive experience in oil and gas and personnel administration, along with Omega’s unique job-match database, to ensure we are able to offer our job candidates exciting new opportunities, whilst also providing our clients with the very best person for the job.
Each Project Services Manager acts as a personal contact point for their team of consultants, assisting them with job-related issues, looking out for their health and well-being, and ensuring they are informed of all the benefits and offers available to them as a member of the Omega team. Wenche Ingunn Tindeland

Wenche is responsible for coordinating the operations of the Project Services team. Having spent 16 years in Financial Management with transport company HSD, Wenche joined Omega in 1997. By spending time in administration, services and sales at Omega ahead of joining the Project Services in 2004, Wenche has developed a deep knowledge of the issues of relevance to Omega’s candidates and consultants.
Torleif Heggebø

Torleif has more than 20 years of experience from the oil & gas industry. He started in Statoil back in 1983, working as an information consultant, where he was responsible for internal and external communication. He has worked at sites such as Kårstø, Mongstad and Sandsli. Torleif started his Omega career on 2001. Working initially with Project Completion, he has now moved to the Project Services team.
Britt-May Stene Løtvedt

Britt-May has an extensive background in accounting and administration. She enjoyed an 18-year spell at Haugaland Maskin from 1986 to 2004, where she worked in accounting as well as supplier and client follow-up. Joining Omega in 2004, Britt-May started in the administration, managing wages, accounting, invoicing etc. In 2006, she joined the Project Services team, bringing her broad client management and administration skills.
Neil Carlsen

In 1986, Neil started working in the oil & gas industry in England, and he moved to Norway in 1992. He has been involved in various projects with Statoil and HMV, especially in the area of Mechanical Completion. In 1995, Neil moved to Omega, working with numerous clients such as Kværner, Umoe, Statoil and Siemens, before joining the Project Services team in 2005. Neil has extensive experience with PIMS CMS and the oil & gas business at large, and with his international experience and background he has a particular focus on our international consultants.
Liv Hetland

Liv has been working with personnel since 1985. She started her career at Diving Operations Management in 1981, working as Administration Secretary. She has since had a 21-year spell at Manpower as Senior Consultant. At Manpower, Liv was responsible for handling many oil & gas clients, such as Statoil, Hydro, Aibel, Aker Kværner and Gassco. With this oil & gas experience and her considerable personnel experience, she joined the Project Services team at Omega in 2006.
Terje Aarekol

Terje joined our team in 2007, and draws on experience from a variety of fields. He was educated at the Norwegian Police University College, and has five years of experience in the police. Before joining Omega’s Project Services department in January 2007, he also had various other manager positions.

Johannes joined us in September 2008. He has a technical education, and 20 years of experience as a manager. Most recently he was a sales manager in the electronics business.

Arne Inge is manager of our Oslo office. He has 24 years of experience from the oil & gas business. He has both technical and economical education and extensive experience as a project manager.
